We are all human, and I understand that sometimes things come up that prevent us from keeping our appointments. Below, you will find my current cancellation policy. I allow 2 cancellations on Gloss Genius. If you have canceled 2 or more times, you will no longer be able to book online and should contact me by phone to book an appointment. Constant cancellations make a mess of my schedule, which, at times, leads to spots I can't fill. If you cancel at the last minute or you repeatedly cancel appointments - say 3 to 4 times in a few months - I will ask that you find another nail technician. I work really hard for my clients and request that my time be dedicated to those clients who keep their appointments.
